Man ontkent mishandeling: ‘Mijn vriendin is sm-slavin’

ALPHEN A/D RIJN – De 46-jarige Samir A. uit Alphen is deze week door de politierechter in Utrecht veroordeeld tot veertig uur werkstraf en een week voorwaardelijke gevangenisstraf. A. heeft zich schuldig gemaakt aan het mishandelen van zijn vriendin.
De Alphenaar die na een eerdere vechtscheiding bij zijn ouders was gaan wonen, kreeg vorig jaar een relatie met de Utrechtse. De kinderen van de Utrechtse vluchtten in maart naar een buurvrouw, die de politie waarschuwde. De vriendin vertelde toen aan de politie dat ze een halfjaar eerder ook al was mishandeld door de verdachte.
De Alphenaar kreeg van het OM direct een huisverbod. Maar hij ontkende op de zitting deze week. Hij vertelde dat zijn vriendin een sm-slavin was, die kickte op geweld. Zij was mishandeld door haar pooier en die pooier had haar ook gedwongen om aangifte te doen tegen de verdachte. Hij gaf alleen toe dat hij bij een heftige ruzie om hasj de vrouw kon hebben verwond.
Ongeloofwaardig
De officier van justitie zag voldoende bewijs voor twee mishandelingen. Zij benadrukte dat dit soort huiselijk geweld extra streng wordt bestraft. Zij eiste tachtig uur werken en drie weken voorwaardelijk.
De verdediging zag geen enkel bewijs. De advocaat noemde de getuigen ongeloofwaardig. Maar de rechter sprak de Alphenaar alleen vrij van de tweede mishandeling. De Alphenaar werd op zitting zó boos dat hij direct hoger beroep aankondigde.
